Chinese herbs and supplements

Herbs and supplements are charged separately should they be required. The average fee for one week supply of a granulated herbal formula which have stronger potency and are tailor designed to suit the individuals needs.

Private Health Fund Rebates

You will be able to claim from your private health fund if your level of cover includes Acupuncture or Chinese herbs. Bring your membership card along with you, we have Hicaps.

Cancellation Policy

Should you have to change your appointment to another day or cancel it for any reason, you will need to notify at least 24 hours prior, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice: no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: $30 will be charged
• No shows for your appointment: full price of appointment fee charged
